How to Use Reason to Shift Out of Anger

How to shift from anger...

"...you have every opportunity to go running and hiding in fear, to use anger as your shield.

Who are you shielding yourself from with anger?

Think about that. Anger is a low energy frequency; dense energy, and everything is energy, remember that, and to connect to the divine, you want some high frequency energy in your field.

How do you manifest that?

There are many ways ... your thoughts are one. You’ve got those negative thoughts if you are in that cycle of anger, where you get angry and then attach the thoughts to it, thoughts where you confirm the anger and you've got that cycle going on, well, that’s where you’re going to stay. And so yes, forgiveness is wonderful but how quickly can we go from anger to forgiveness?

So let’s give ourselves something to work with here ... how about the idea that I don’t want to be the energy of anger because the energy of anger separates me from my truth and I’m never going to get off this hamster wheel if I don’t stop the anger.

So maybe I can’t jump to joy, maybe I can’t jump right to hope, maybe I think I can’t even get to acceptance, but I can get to reason.

To Reason

Doesn’t it just make sense not to be angry?

Think about how it feels ... it’s like poison in your body. You really know that, don’t you?, how dense and low frequency anger feels. That’s what you do, you reason with yourself and say, “OK, so I’m angry at this person. Me being angry hurts me and me alone. I am holding myself back from the truth that can set me free if I choose to remain angry.” So you reason with yourself, you work with yourself and you say to yourself,

“Anger doesn’t serve me, so I’m willing to detach from it and if I have to remove every thought in my brain to do that, then that’s my best effort right now."

If you can’t look at the situation without anger, stop looking at the situation.

Fill your mind with something else. Get outside and study a flower.

Believe me, the energy of nature will help you realign, will help you cleanse. It seems like such a simple thing to do but that’s it, when logic gets too confusing, too complicated and you get lost in that maze, simplify your thoughts. You know that’s why they say to use affirmations ... because then you are focusing, then YOU are focusing your mind, you’re not letting anger run rampant. No! You’re taking control of your experience by taking control of your energy.

That’s what you can do. Wherever you are, pay attention to your thoughts and ask yourself,

“How are these thoughts affecting me energetically? Are they elevating my frequency? Or are they taking me down?”
